The price per square foot of Ahwatukee homes increased in January to start off 2022, going from $273/sf in December to $287/sf in January. The average sales price of Ahwatukee homes has increased ten times out of the last twelve months.
The Ahwatukee days on market remained at 29 for January of 2022 after decreasing from 30 DOM in November to 29 DOM in December of 2021. Although it has increased from the all-time low of 22 DOM in August of 2021, 29 DOM is still a very low number, and it is obvious that the demand for homes in Ahwatukee is high to start 2022.
