Cooper Commons is a master planned community in South Chandler that was established in 1997 and is located between Cooper Road and Gilbert Road (East and West), and Riggs Road and Hunt Highway (North and South). Several builders contributed to this development, including Centex Homes, Engle Homes, Kaufman & Broad, KB Homes, Morrison Homes, Shea Homes, Standard Pacific, UDC Homes and US Home Corp.
